Welcome
Thanks so much for visiting my website. I live in Matua with these fun humans and our much-loved labrador, Murphy. We have been in the Bay of Plenty, NZ since 2015 and we are converts! It's been a busy few years raising our little ones (and building another business) but we love exploring this paradise we call home.
Understanding the root cause of disease, realising how our thoughts and emotions affect our health and the mind-body connection are topics that I am extremely passionate about. I believe that we all have great wellness potential and that this can often be achieved if we take a holistic approach (rather than simply treating the symptom).
I'm a fully qualified Reflexologist, with the techniques to support optimal health in mind, body and soul. I feel so lucky to be working in complimentary health; enabling others to connect with themselves and provide the time and space to help them feel as vibrant as possible.

I hope to see you in my tranquil space soon.

My Story
After graduating with a marketing degree aged 20, I became very dedicated to my career. I worked (and played) hard and was lucky enough to continue with marketing roles in London for my OE. I loved it but the candle was burning at both ends, so I took an opportunity to work on Super Yachts in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and America. It was an incredible experience, from the destinations to the celebrities.
In my early 30's, after some years back in NZ, I realised that the way in which I was working in the corporate world was really affecting my health. My hormones were all over the place, I was stressed out, I couldn't lose excess weight, I worked long hours and was not in a great space mentally. It was at this point that I chose to commit to having regular reflexology treatments.
I'd had PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) for years and was told by doctors that this would cause difficulty falling pregnant. After four months of weekly reflexology I felt and saw a huge change in my body. Soon after, I married my now husband and we moved to the Bay of Plenty from Auckland. We fell pregnant straight away and at the first ultrasound we discovered that my cysts had gone. We conceived our second child in the same way and the symptoms and cysts have never reoccurred. I truly believe that reflexology played a huge part in enabling my mind and body to come back to its natural equilibrium.

Fast forward to 2016 - becoming a Mum and experiencing some 'life' challenges. I started to explore ways in which I could support myself physically, emotionally and mentally which I knew would ultimately support my growing family as well. I wanted to live a balanced, healthy life despite external factors that were out of my control.

In 2019, I decided to listen to that voice in my head and complete a Diploma in Reflexology, along with Level 5 Certification in Applied Human Anatomy & Physiology. I began sharing my learnings via social media in 2020, offering treatments and my business was quickly born! It is such a pleasure to be working in the wonderful field of complimentary and holistic health. I love my job!
